We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer with 5–10 years of UAE experience. The role involves structural analysis, design, coordination, and authority approvals for high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of local regulations and codes.
-> Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
-> Prepare, review, and validate structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
-> Handle authority submissions and approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
-> Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines.
-> Propose value engineering and design optimization solutions.
-> Provide technical support during construction and respond to RFIs
-> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
-> Valid SOE Card and Dubai Municipality License (G+12 or G+4)
-> 5–10 years of UAE-based structural design experience
-> Strong command of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD
-> In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and international codes
-> Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Structure is a plus)
-> Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
-> Immediate joiners preferred
